Return Policy

Returns
Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since you have received your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

*Defective items - please take photos and send them to sales@420milehigh.com*  please give a detailed explanation of the issue.

We do not accept the return of hats, socks, and personalized items unless defective!

Please keep the receipt and or invoice.

We provide a refund to your original payment method for all full-priced items.
Exchanges are provided through store credit for eligible items only.

Do to our FREE shipping.  We do not provide a return label or pay for returns shipping.

Items returned to us that are not eligible for a refund or store credit will be discarded or sent back to you at your own your own expense.
