As the situation with COVID-19 evolves from day-to-day, our top priority during these unusual and challenging times continues to be the health and safety of our co-workers, customers, and communities.
Our manufacturing and delivery side of our business are facing the many challenges this COVID-19 presents. We have to comply with local government regulations. Most of the workforce is currently working at 30-40% capacity. Items take longer to produce. Fulfillment on most items are taking longer than 2-7 business days. Our shipping partners are taking longer than 3-5 business days.
ie.) USPS mail processing center in Denver is running 30% capacity. They are shipping containers of mail to other states to have mail processed! You might see your tracked item go from Colorado to Oregon (to be processed) or Nebraska, and then to destination state. If your state is high COVID-19 state your item may be hanging out in a container just waiting. The state of Michigan is struggling with shipping + delivery. 2 Day priority does not get there in 2 days. It can take a week or longer (even though we pay those higher rates in some cases).
Long story short. We are NOT running at 100% capacity. We do have items that can be fulfilled within 24-48 hours; however, pending on the USPS situation the delivery can take longer than 3-5 business days.

For orders that are Imports with 2-4 weeks shipping. Foreign and Domestic customs are also taking much longer to process.
